Complexity of healthcare processes is increasing substantially, the amount of data and heterogeneity of data sources make it difficult to select the right information in time for any specific patient. The ITEA4 SYMPHONY project will create an ecosystem that empowers medical professionals to have all relevant data for a particular patient at their disposal based on disease-centric and intuitive applications
The SYMPHONY project has a duration of 3 years and started on October 1st, 2022, the project will reach breakthroughs in:
